I can't access a specific Website

Please check the web address you are trying to view is correct, if you can't view a website this may be for a number of reasons...

You may need to clear your Chrome cache, following the steps below

  1. At the top right, click More (three dots) .
  2. Click More tools ,  Clear browsing data.
  3. Select the  Advanced  tab.
  4. At the top, select All time.
  5. Next to " Cookies and other site data", " Cached images and files", " Site Settings" and " Hosted app data", check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

Occasionally the web filters put in place to keep everybody safe can block genuine websites due to specific keywords or phrases used, look out for messages such as 'Blocked by administrator' or 'Blocked by content filter. If you believe this is happening in error, keep reading
